Clinic Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service to patients and assist the Physicians
  • Perform the clinic’s daily operations including maintaining clinic cleanliness and hygiene
  • Perform therapy if needed (International training worth more than USD$2,000 will be provided)
  • Execute clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
  • Examine and resolve complaints received from staff, visitors, patients and physicians.
  • Supervise stock supplies and manage clinic calendar
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager and Chief Medical Officer
  • Sales (attractive commission will be provided!)
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency (English, Mandarin) and Basic computer knowledge
  • Experience in customer service and sales strongly preferred
  • Confident, take initiatives (able to work independently) and a good team player.
  • Interested in TCM / Healthcare / massage
  • Willing to work longer hours if patient requires after hours care
Working Hours:
  • 5.5 days work week (including weekends)
  • Part-time position negotiable

Massage/Treatment Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform therapy to patients (International training worth more than USD$2,000 will be provided)
  • Carry out treatment according to company standard operating procedure and service standard
  • Provide quality customer service to patients and assist the Physicians
  • Perform the clinic’s daily operations including maintaining clinic cleanliness and hygiene
  • Execute clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Clinic Management Manager and Chief Medical Officer
  • Sales of health services or products (attractive commission will be provided!)
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency (English, Mandarin) and Basic computer knowledge
