Physician Low graduated from the double degree programme of Biomedical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine at NTU in 2014 and was awarded with the Chinese Government Scholarship for outstanding academic achievements during her time in Beijing.

She has been in active practice since graduation, treating patients with various ailments such as pain management, gastrointestinal issues, holistic weight loss management, etc. Through her years of practice, she has developed strong interest in paediatric care. As a mother herself, she understands the anxiety of a parent and the rigors of treating young patients. Hence she always aims to deliver her personal blend of gentle yet robust therapy methods, combining both medicinal and paediatric tuina treatment approaches to meet her patient’s needs.

Physician Ang graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (Chinese Medicine) from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Physician Ang’s dedication to integrating TCM and Western medicine stems from personal experiences, including witnessing the benefits of acupuncture for her autistic brother and observing the impact of illnesses on students’ quality of life during her tenure as a student care teacher. Her clinical internship at Dongfang Hospital further reinforced her belief in the potential of combining these two medical systems to offer hope to those with severe chronic conditions.

After graduating from the Biomedical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine double degree programme at Nanyang Technological University, Physician Poh joined Oriental Remedies Group (ORG) and embarked on her career as a physician. The ideology of ORG, which focuses on combining TCM with technology, inspired her to explore how tech-enhanced treatments can supplement TCM and help patients recover faster.

At ORG, Physician Poh has successfully treated patients with pain conditions, sleep issues, and mental health concerns. For her, patient care is not just about prescribing the right medication, but also about building trust and ensuring the effectiveness of the treatment. She takes the time to understand her patients’ unique needs and concerns, tailors personalised treatment plans and tracks their recovery progress regularly.
