During her internship at Dongfang Hospital, Physician Wong honed her expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments, including acupuncture, moxibustion, and ear acupressure, under the mentorship of Professor Liu Yan Xia, Chief Physician of the Gynecological Endocrinology (Fertility) Department.
Through her clinical experience, she gained a comprehensive understanding of interpreting blood reports, performing ultrasound examinations, and analysing ultrasound findings. Physician Wong developed a deep appreciation for the versatility of TCM, particularly its role in complementing the treatment of gynaecological hormonal conditions, and has since been actively incorporating these skills into her practice.
Her primary interests lie in gynaecological and paediatric care, with a particular focus on paediatric massage for the well-being of young patients. She is also committed to pain management through both acupuncture and technology-enhanced therapies. Her main goal is to ensure her patients recover with peace of mind.
